Client update:
- Some new monsters and items.
- Some of the old monsters now have new models.
- Various improvements and optimizations.

Server update:
- The blue dragon is in the game. I didn't get to test it much, so let me know if everything is OK. Note that unlike other dragons, he has some point defense AND natural defense to arrows.
- Some armors (actually, only the blue dragon armor) has protection against arrows. The #arm command should show it.
- The blue dragon armor is in the game, but can't be made until the next server update. I will auction a few sets (sans shield).
- Changed some ingredients for the global quest.
